Research On The Development Trend Of The Vehicle Management Office Architectural Design Under The Background Of Informatization

Under the background of the rapid development of social economy,the shortage of urban land resources and the steady increase of car ownership in China,as the grass-roots police agency under the judicial system,the vehicle management office is an important material space carrier of vehicle management,and undertakes the important duty of constructing and maintaining the order and rules of vehicle use.However,the current situation of the construction of China's vehicle management institutes is not optimistic,its construction scale,land use area is continuously expanding,the layout of the city also presents a single-core centralized situation.This is contrary to the development trend of many public buildings in the information age toward small,refined and networked layout.With the rapid development of information technology,it has already changed the urban spatial structure and some specific types of architectural space in many aspects.At present,the design of the vehicle management institute is still using a set of old and conservative ideas of government office building design,ignoring the characteristics of the information age.The architectural design of the Vehicle Management Institute obviously lags behind this era,which is also the drawback of many other public service buildings.Based on this consideration,the author takes all kinds of vehicle management institutes in major cities of China as the research object.Firstly,the author summarizes the related research and current situation of vehicle management institutes.At the same time,the author combs and expands the related research achievements of cities and buildings under the background of informatization,and makes a study for this paper.From the perspective of information technology,vehicle management architecture provides a framework and method that can be used for reference.Based on the theoretical analysis of the development trend of public service buildings in urban structure,building service space and building user groups from macro to micro under the background of informationization,this paper determines the background and general trend of the development of Vehicle Management Institute buildings as a public service building in the information age,and then discusses its development in the information age.In the information age,the problem of adaptability is clarified,and the essential difference between the direct and indirect adaptability of vehicle management institutes to information technology is clarified.Secondly,in the aspect of problem analysis,this paper carries out investigation and questionnaire investigation from the aspects of site selection planning,construction scale and site type,function orientation,space organization and behavior demand of Vehicle Management Institute buildings,and makes general contradictions and questionnaires caused by the self-demands of Vehicle Management Institute buildings as a kind of buildings.The special contradictions under the background of informatization are summarized and analyzed.Finally,from three aspects of emancipating "manpower","material resources" and "space",this paper summarizes the general contradiction and the special contradiction and explores how to solve the related problems in a directional way,and summarizes the key factors to solve the current vehicle management problems: "people","time" and "space".Around these key factors,the paper puts forward the new building composition trend,new location and planning layout trend of vehicle management under the background of informationization,as well as the trend and coping strategies of informationization service platform implementing to the level of building space,and reflects on the neglect of human needs in the information age when the service space tends to be "unmanned".To alert the development of vehicle management under the background of informatization,we should not neglect the concern for special groups.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text briefly,and reflects on the development of similar types of buildings under the information technology.
