| In the background of “the Belt and Road”,the construction enterprises in China continue to go to the international market and occupy a considerable share.In the face of more complex international operating environment,the implementation of supply chain integration is very important for them to improve their performance.As the core enterprise of the international engineering supply chain,construction enterprises not only need to integrate with various internal departments,but also need to pay attention to the management of external integration.There are many subsidiary companies,project groups,diversification of resources,complex environment and various interests interaction leading to complex supply system.Construction enterprises gradually realize the importance of the supplier integration.Through supplier integration,suppliers involved in the daily operation of the enterprise,establishing long-term strategic partnership with suppliers,sharing multiple information with the supplier,it can effectively realize the integration of resources and improve the operation efficiency and competitive performance of the enterprise.This thesis is divided into six parts.Part one expounds the purpose and significance of this thesis,and reviews the research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the main research ideas,contents and research methods of this thesis.Part two defines the concept of supplier integration,synergy ability,cultural risk and competitive performance,makes a corresponding dimension division,and analyzes the impact of variables on competitive performance.According to the purpose of this thesis and combined with the research of scholars,we put out a conceptual model of supplier integration affecting competitive performance and relevant hypotheses.Questionnaire and its scale is determined through research interview and small sample survey in the third part.The fourth part is the empirical analysis.We collect data through selecting the appropriate samples.The rationality of the questionnaire and model are proved by the reliability and validity analysis.The initial model is corrected by the structural equation,the error path is deleted,and the formal model of this thesis is formed to verify the hypothesis.The results show that supplier involvement,partnership,information sharing has a significant positive effect on competitive performance,and synergy ability plays a part intermediary role.The process collaboration has a significant positive effect on competitive performance through synergy ability.Cultural risk plays a negative regulatory role in the impact of supplier integration to competitive performance.The fifth part puts forward management countermeasures from the aspects of supplier participation,partnership,information sharing,process collaboration and synergy promotion.The sixth part summarizes the thesis,points out the innovation and shortcomings of the thesis,and looks forward to the future research.From the perspective of supplier integration,this thesis explores the mechanism of supplier integration affecting competitive performance,which enriches the theory of supply chain integration,and provides reference for the construction enterprise to improve international supplier integration level and competitive performance. |
