Research On Post-evaluation Method Of Highway Safety Improvement

Highway Safety Improvement is an important project approved by the State Council to eliminate road safety hazards and reduce traffic accidents nationwide.The project is of great significance for improving the safety conditions of roads in rural and mountainous areas and improving road safety.The implementation effect of the project needs to be verified by postevaluation.Although the research on post-project evaluation has been many achievements,the construction of safety facilities in Highway Safety Improvement is an important content,which makes the subsequent evaluation and There are some differences in content and methods for the post-assessment of traditional highway projects.In order to provide a reasonable and effective assessment of this projects,and to provide reference for the implementation of later projects,it is necessary to study the methods of post-evaluation of Highway Safety Improvement.From the perspective of post-evaluation of Highway Safety Improvement,this paper first expounds the basic concepts,content,methods and functions of post-evaluation of Highway Safety Improvement,and has a preliminary understanding of post-evaluation of Highway Safety Improvement;A comparative study on the evaluation methods of safety facilities effectiveness was carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and the adaptability of the facility effectiveness evaluation in the post-evaluation of this projects were analyzed.At the same time,in order to more accurately evaluate the effectiveness of new security facilities,This paper constructs a safety facility effectiveness evaluation system from the perspective of the safety effect of the driver and the vehicle,and determined the level standard of the indicator,The analysis method calculates the weight of the index,and evaluates the effectiveness of the safety facility by using fuzzy AHP.Finally,in this paper,the Highway Safety Improvement implemented by Jialin Highway is post-evaluated from three aspects: overall assessment,facility effectiveness assessment and social assessment.Among them,the overall assessment includes the input and output analysis and the distribution of different risk grades before and after the project implementation;In the evaluation of facility effectiveness,the safety facility effectiveness evaluation model based on fuzzy AHP constructed in this paper is used to evaluate and analyze the safety facilities of Jialin Highway;The social assessment uses the satisfaction evaluation method to evaluate the public's satisfaction with the implementation of the road safety protection project.
