The lubrication state,friction and wear condition of the double valve plates are the important factor affecting the working condition of the double valve plates radial piston pump.Proper surface texture can effectively reduce friction and noise,so in this paper,the surface texture technology is introduced into the study of the double valve plates of the double valve plates radial piston pump.Based on texture friction reduction and noise reduction,the influence of texture on dynamic pressure support,the establishment of abrasive wear model and the mechanism of abrasive wear and migration in valve plate gap and texture space are studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,the principle and main advantage of new hydraulic energy storage wind turbine and the double valve plates radial piston pump are briefly described,the research status of surface texture technology at home and abroad is introduced,and the mechanism of texture friction reduction is analyzed.The abrasive wear of textured valve plate is introduced,and the research status of abrasive wear at home and abroad is briefly described.In the second chapter,taking the two-dimensional simplified model of textured valve plate as the research object,the effect of texture shape,depth-diameter ratio,quantity,texture enrichment and compound effect on dynamic pressure support are studied.The optimum depth-diameter ratio of texture space and the coupling mechanism of texture under the working condition shown in this paper are revealed.In the third chapter,the importance of studying abrasive wear is analyzed,and the wear mathematical model of spherical,conical and table abrasive particle are established,and the wear rate,friction coefficient and corresponding abrasive size of the abrasive wear model are obtained.The migration force of abrasive particles in distribution gap and texture space is analyzed in detail.In the fourth chapter,according to the migration characteristics of abrasive particle,a two-dimensional coupling model of abrasive particle migration valve plate gap and texture space are established,and the different shape,quantities,size,shape and quantities of abrasive particles are analyzed.The effect of deep texture space on the migration characteristics of abrasive particle;The movement rule of abrasive particle in the valve plate gap and texture space is found,and the principle diagram of the experimental platform for visualization of abrasive wear and migration in textured valve plate is designed,which provides a new way of thinking for microscopic visualization of hydraulic component.Under the working condition setting up in this paper,the dynamic pressure effecting ofthe four shape texture space are as follows: semicircular > triangle > ladder > rectangle.The wear rate and friction coefficient of abrasive particle is related to shape,quantity and radius.The migration of abrasive particle in different texture space is parabola,and the abrasive particle rotate and fluctuate in the valve plate gap and texture space.The migration characteristics of abrasive particle is related to the shape,quantity of abrasive particle and texture space,and the texture space can effectively absorb abrasive particle and reduce the degree of abrasive wear.
