After the reform and opening up,China's economy is developing at a high speed,urbanization is accelerating,urban land resources are tight,and the development and utilization of underground space has become an important means to alleviate the strain on urban land resources.Underground subways,basements,underground shopping malls,underground parking lots,etc.Places can be seen everywhere,but these underground places generally have a series of problems such as humid air,wall leakage,and easy to mold and bacteria in the space.Therefore,dehumidification of underground space is an indispensable link for the development and utilization of underground space.Dehumidification of underground space is usually carried out by various means to compensate for the shortcomings of various means to achieve better results.In this paper,a dehumidification system that can be remotely controlled is developed for air humidity and wall leakage in underground space.The dehumidification method performs air dehumidification,and the wall dehumidification is based on the principle of electro-osmosis.The main contents of the development are as follows:(1)In the hardware design of the dehumidification system,the ATmega128 bit master control chip is used,and the schematic diagram of the power circuit,the pulse generation circuit,the air dehumidifier control circuit is drawn and the BCB design is performed using AltiumDesigner.According to the needs of the system,the WIFI module,The hardware such as display screen,semiconductor refrigeration chip and temperature and humidity sensor were reasonably selected.Finally,the structure of the air dehumidifier was designed by AutoCAD.(2)Firstly,the ICCV7 for AVR software is used to write the single-chip program of electro-osmosis dehumidification.By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the pulse waveform with better electro-osmotic dehumidification effect is determined,and the two-channel PWM signal output by the single-chip microcomputer is drawn according to the obtained pulse waveform.Waveforms,to determine their duty cycle,use the timer 1 of the microcontroller to generate these two PWM signals;then write the microcontroller program of the air dehumidifier,use the PWM signal generated by the microcontroller timer 0 to control the power of the air dehumidification gas,air The dehumidifier is divided into three gear positions,corresponding to three duty ratios,respectively,according to the input gear position to change the power of the air dehumidifier;the human-computer interaction interface of the USART HMI serial screen is developed,through which the display shows dehumidification Various parameters of the system,and the desired humidity value and the gear position of the air dehumidifier can be set.(3)In the remote control part,first build the MQTT server under Windows system,use the port mapping function of the router to map the IP address of the server to the external network,and use dynamic DNS to bind the router to the domain name,which can be fixed.The domain name login server,then brush the Lua firmware to the WIFI module,use the Lua language to write the server program,make the WIFI module become the bridge connecting the server and the single-chip computer,and finally use AdroidStudio to develop a client software running Android system.The software can remotely view various parameters of the dehumidification system and can set the desired humidity value and the gear position of the air dehumidifier.
