With the continuous development of the global automotive industry,the number of car ownership continues to rise,and the exhaust gas generated by fuel vehicles is becoming more and more serious to the environment.As oil exploitation continues,the earth's petroleum resources are also exhausted.Therefore,environmental protection and energy saving have become the focus of global attention in the 21 st century,and new energy vehicles have been generated.Compared with traditional fuel vehicles,new energy vehicles have lower fuel consumption and better emission performance,which is a feasible solution to solve the global environmental and energy problems.This paper takes urban SUV as the research object.This type of SUV is mainly driven by electric power,supplemented by engine,and it is mainly used in urban medium-to-low-speed working conditions.First,the specific structure of the research object is determined,and the vehicle economic performance parameter is determined,according to the hybrid structure and characteristics.Secondly,select engine,gearbox,final drive,driving motor and transmission system to match the parameters according to the vehicle performance definition.Then,set up simulation model and control strategy with CRUISE software and Matlab software respectively.The control strategy is to determine operation mode and its power distribution among 8 different drive mode,including engine mode,engine auxiliary drive mode,extended range mode,etc.Finally,the simulation results of hybrid vehicle dynamic performance and economic performance are obtained and are analyzed,through the joint simulation of CRUISE software and Simulink software.In this paper,the threshold control strategy is used to define the demanded engine torque,the engine theoretical demand speed and the battery SOC value,and the work area is divided.The control strategy determines the real-time status and determines the real-time status by comparing the signals with the threshold values.According to the corresponding working mode,the vehicle energy flow management is performed according to the power distribution in the determined mode.By analyzing the simulation results,it can be seen that the control strategy plays a key role in controlling the power distribution under each mode.The power performance of the hybrid vehicle meets the design target,and the fuel consumption of the vehicle is as low as 2L/100 km,which truly achieves the goal of environmental protection and energy saving.
