As society advance and economic develop,swift and violent development of industry of aviation,the aeroengine is attention widely,the aircraft engine is an essential part of weapons and equipment in the power system,known as “pearl on the crown of technology”,for the construction of modern air combat power,development of aviation and space science research has very important significance.It is significance to study on design for equipment and experiment aeroengine for zero torque and zero speed.So,in this paper,with application of engineering,it is essential to study on design for equipment and experiment aeroengine for zero torque and zero speed,mainly in the following aspects:1)The overall solution of the zero torque and zero speed experimental facility is designed.According to the available technology,in order to obtain the separation function between the engine and the ergograph and the engine brake function,the projects of the overrunning clutch added between engine and ergograph and brake equipment are proposed.Moreover,rear drive equipment is added to the ergograph to exceed rotate speed.2)The overrunning clutch is designed.Increase and decrease gear case is designed.At the same time,the strength and vibration about the shaft,the bearing and other key parts are simulated and checked.The lubrication system and braking system are designed.3)According to engineering application including application effect,difficulties about the installation and the disassembly,price and service,the different projects about the rear drive equipment are compared including motor driver,air turbine and hynamometer.Finally,the motor driver is selected as the rear drive equipment.4)The approach about the engine zero torque and zero speed experiment is designed.The process is that first the experiment equipment is debugged,then based on the debugging results the engine zero torque and zero speed experiment is decided to be done.The objective and procedure of the experiment and the methods of the coordination between the different equipments are proposed.Ultimately,the engine zero torque and zero speed experiment is completed successfully.The results show that the experiment equipment and experiment project are appropriate and the aim of assessing the engine performance is achieved.
