Studies On Supply Chain Coordination Management Model For Precast Construction Projects

These years,the central government has been promoting the application of precast construction and aiming to improve the application proportion and the assembly rate as soon as possible.However,most studies concerning precast construction cares about production technology,assembly technology and construction structure.The thesis is committed to the study of the coordination mechanism of precast construction supply chain,and then improves the efficiency and management level of the supply chain for promoting the healthy development of the industry.The content of the thesis is to solve the coordination problem of precast construction project supply chain consisting of two precast manufacturers and one construction side contractor under uncertain arrival time.First,the prefabricated construction supply chain structure and characteristics were depicted.Based on the characteristics,we put forward coordination vertical coordination model of centralized decision-making mod and two-dimensional prefabricated construction project supply chain coordination model based on fusion of reward and penalty mechanism.According to actual prefabricated housing engineering case study,we research on the coordination mechanism of prefabricated construction supply chain,explore the adjusting mechanism of incentive parameters,discuss the internal relationship between the incentive parameters and construction cost.The thesis has practical significance for engineering application,but also provide theoretical support for the long-term development of the supply chain management of prefabricated construction.
