Under the situation of China's efforts to eliminate overcapacity in steel industry and promote transformation and upgrading,it is necessary for the supply-side reform to improve the recovery and utilization rate of waste steel.Scrap steel has obvious advantages in energy saving,water saving,waste gas reduction and solid waste reduction.It is an effective way for enterprises to reduce invested capital,reduce costs,improve capital turnover,and improve corporate profitability.It is also an important means for enterprises to save energy and protect the environment.Based on the guidance of the above macro-policies,this paper firstly conducts preliminary research and analysis on the project overview of Longhu Bridge and the status quo of steel utilization,and finds that the steel consumption is huge and most of them have the value of recycling,which can bring direct benefits and indirect to the owners and construction units.Therefore,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the measures for the non-structural steel demolition process and the steel recycling pricing strategy for the temporary construction of the Longhu Bridge on the water,and provided theoretical experience for the steel recycling of similar projects,which has important research value.The research work of this paper mainly focuses on the following two points: the reasonable determination of the measures for the removal of non-structural steel for temporary facilities,and the determination of the recovery price for non-structural steel.This paper first analyzes the demolition construction process of temporary facilities on the water construction of Longhu Bridge,and detailed statistics on the amount of steel used in each temporary structure.Then this paper carried out the research on the recovery pricing strategy of non-structural steel for temporary facilities.The owner and construction unit were the main players.The main methods of recycling,sub-lease and re-refining were used to establish the profit of the game.The Stackelberg game model.Then,according to the method of calculating the price of the engineering quantity,the comprehensive unit price is compiled,and the measures for the removal process of the temporary facilities are determined.Finally,based on the established Stackelberg pricing game model,this paper calculates the profit of the owner and the construction unit under three recycling modes,and discusses the rationality of the pricing model and the feasibility of the final recycling price.This paper reasonably determines the measures for the demolition process of temporary facilities on the Longhu Bridge,and introduces the Stackelberg game model in the study of non-structural steel recycling pricing strategy.The feasibility analysis of the theoretical model is further verified by case analysis,which is reasonably determined for similar projects.The measure fee and recycling pricing provide a scientific theoretical basis and can be applied to the actual project.
