With the development of economy and society in our country,people gradually realize the problems of low efficiency and waste of traditional buildings in energy use.However BIM technology can realize delicate building and IT management in construction sector.Therefore,BIM technology is being integrated into construction business in recent years,which is leading a huge revolution in construction business.In the operation and maintenance of energy station,people find the value of operation and maintenance with BIM system on delicate management of energy stations.However,current study of effect on delicate management of BIM is still unclear,leading to the difficulties of the application.The article refine the theory model by referring to the application literatures and interviews with experts,using ground theory,to analyze the case of Qingdao Jiaodong Peninsula Airport energy station BIM application,i.e.meet needs for customization,3D interaction,system integration,top level design across systems,unified standards,regulated Big Data and refined design management.Verify the importance of the seven key applications with questionnaire survey and Analysis of Variance.The study result not only provide theory evidence and reference cases,but also expands application fields for BIM technology.
