After the opening of the door of reform and opening up,China's economic development is rapid,and the urbanization rate is increasing year by year.As more and more rural collective land becomes urban construction land,more and more resettlement housing projects are built for Land-expropriated farmers.As more and more rural collective land is turned into urban construction land,more and more resettlement housing projects are built for land-expropriated farmers.However,resettlement housing projects often have long development cycles,large capital investment,engineering fields,strong policy and social impact.Therefore,once the progress management of resettlement houses is deviated,the project will be postponed and cannot be completed and delivered on time.In addition to increasing project costs and jeopardizing the quality and safety of the project,it will also cause the government to lose faith in the people and affect social harmony and stability.At the same time,whether the resettlement housing progress target can meet the needs of the majority of households,and whether the construction quality of resettlement houses will have a certain impact after the acceleration of the progress will be the focus of all sectors of society.Therefore,how to manage the progress of resettlement houses under the premise of ensuring construction safety and construction quality is very important.The focus of research at home and abroad is often progress management.However,there are few studies on the correlation between quality and cost while the progress is being corrected.In the case of a temporary delay in the project construction period,can the project management personnel find an effective method to make the project effectively guarantee the quality,safety and efficiency,and reverse the lag situation,and complete the acceptance inspection on time or in advance,which is of great significance.Therefore,it is a new research field to analyze the factors affecting the project schedule management,adopt scientific and reasonable management methods,formulate an orderly schedule management optimization plan,and complete the completion acceptance and delivery of the project within the agreed time according to the contract under the premise of ensuring quality,safety and control and no additional cost.Taking the construction progress management of Baisha resettlement housing as an example,this paper proposes optimization suggestions for the progress control measures of resettlement housing projects by analyzing the general procedures and deviations of theplanning of the resettlement housing project schedule.Combined with the project practice,the summary countermeasures are as follows: Firstly,identify the progress risk factors in the construction process of the demolition and resettlement housing project,classify and summarize all factors,and establish the risk identification database;Secondly,taking the construction stage of the demolition and resettlement house project as a clue,discusse the general process,key lines,control points and matters needing attention in the preparation of the resettlement house project schedule;Thirdly,through parameter analysis of the influencing factors in the construction process of the resettlement housing project,propose feasible schedule optimization plan,and establish a set of schedule management optimization method and management mode suitable for demolition and resettlement housing project to achieve the goal of win-win.Finally,under the premise of not adding extra cost,quality,quantity and safety,through scientific management methods,optimizing construction plans,adopting new technologies,and innovating construction techniques,complete the various indicators set by the owners,meet the needs of the rapid construction of resettlement houses in the construction industry,at the same time,ensure that the economic benefits of the project can be greatly improved,and the social benefits of the enterprise can be improved,providing experience and data support for the construction of similar projects in the future.
