Research On Risk Management Of Resettlement Housing Project In Quanzhou Area

Along with the high-speed economy development in Quanzhou,the problem of demolition and resettlement houses has emerged.There are many factors in the resettlement housing projects in various places,which make it difficult to implement the project smoothly,and the work is slow to advance.It is necessary to properly prevent and control the risks in the construction of resettlement housing projects.Taking some resettlement housing projects in Luojiang area of Jinjiang City as examples,the characteristics of the resettlement housing project and the problems or weak links in the actual construction process,this paper combines risk management theory with fuzzy mathematics theory and risk related concepts and theories.The literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and research interview method specifically discuss the risks of resettlement housing projects in Quanzhou: project construction risk,project financial risk,policy risk,project management risk and project decision risk.After the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP,the conclusion drawn is which the above five categories of risks and the seventeen risk factors listed below have an impact on the smooth construction of resettlement housing projects in Quanzhou,and relevant prevention and control measures should be taken in response to these factors.Due to the large scale,wide coverage and long time of the Luofang area resettlement housing project,it is hoped that through the research in this paper,it can produce certain technical support and guidance value for the risk management in the Luoshang area resettlement project,and reduce the risk of the construction process.And provide some references for similar project managers.
