AC permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)plays an important role in servo field because of its high power density,high efficiency,high torque control accuracy and high reliability.For some special applications such as medical devices,robots,AGV logistics car,military equipment,etc.,the servo system can only be powered by low voltage batteries because of site conditions or safety considerations,so the low voltage design scheme must be adopted.At present,there are relatively few low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motors and their controllers in the domestic market,while foreign products are difficult to find traces in the domestic market due to technical barriers and other reasons.In order to break through the technical barriers of low-voltage servo abroad and meet the needs of the domestic market,this paper presents some mathematical models and control strategies of low-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motors and their servo systems.A servo controller of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is developed.Firstly,the mathematical model,vector control principle and SVPWM modulation technology of low-voltage permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed and studied,and the control strategy of low-voltage AC magnetic synchronous motor is determined.The servo system of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed in complex frequency domain,and the calculation method of current loop and speed loop regulator parameters is deduced.According to this method,the specific parameters of current loop and speed loop regulator of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor are deduced.The simulation model of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is established under the simulation environment of MATLAB,and further built.The simulation model of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is built,and the performance of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is simulated.The correctness ofthe parameters of current loop and speed loop regulator of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is verified.It is proved that low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system can achieve the same specifications and specifications as high voltage AC permanent magnet motor servo system.The same performance of magnetic synchronous motor servo system verifies the feasibility of low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system.According to the actual demand,the performance index of the low-voltage servo controller is determined.According to the characteristics of the low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor,the hardware and software of the low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor controller are designed.The experimental platform of the servo system of low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is built,and the controller of the low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is tested.The experimental results show that the controller of the low-voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor designed in this paper has excellent speed control performance,and the dynamic response speed of the motor output speed and torque can meet the design targets proposed in this paper in combination with the actual needs.The feasibility of low voltage AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system is proved.
