Permanent magnet synchronous motor has become one of the most used motors in industrial control because of its many advantages,such as simple structure,high running reliability,low noise,convenient maintenance and small motor size.At the same time,the advancement of AC motor control theory,the improvement of related power electronic devices,the performance of microprocessors and the continuous improvement of industrial production requirements have further promoted the development of the servo industry.The purpose of this paper is to improve the system's response speed and stability.The C2000 series DSP chip TMS320F28335 produced by TI is used as the control chip,and the intelligent power module(IPM)produced by Mitsubishi Group is the inverter switching device.,And a set of related external circuits,designed a DSP-based permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system.The main work completed in this article includes:1.The importance of studying servo control system is introduced in detail.The establishment of the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the principle of vector control and the principle of SVPWM are described,and the design of the three closed-loop regulator of the servo system is given.2.According to the parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in the laboratory,the hardware system part of the servo driver is designed,which mainly involves the main power circuit,current signal detection circuit,position signal detection circuit and DSP related peripheral circuits.3.According to the related analysis and research on the vector control algorithm,SVPWM algorithm,photoelectric encoder speed measurement and position detection principle,the software part of the servo system is designed,mainly including the main program,initialization program,PWM interrupt program and SVPWM program.4.According to the servo system designed in this paper,build a simulation model of the three closed-loop servo system with the help of Matlab / Simulink tools,conduct system simulation experiments,analyze the results to obtain appropriate regulator parameters,and then experiment on the hardware experiment platform and obtain the results So as to verify that the designed servo system meets the requirements.
