Supply Chain Risk And Countermeasures Of F Auto Company

Since the beginning of the 21 centuries,the scale of automobile manufacturing industry has expanded rapidly with the high-speed growth of economy and become one of the core pillar industries of China’s national economy in the recent years.Due to the various category of parts,complex supplier network with high degree of internationalization involved in vehicle manufacturing,the importance of its supply chain management is becoming more and more prominent.In recent years,catalyzed by global public health events the downward pressure of the world economy has increased,trade frictions among countries are frequently occurred,and profound changes have taken place in the internal and external environment such as the industrial environment,policy environment and social environment.The supply chain risks of automobile manufacturing enterprises are also changing,which restricts the development of related enterprises.How to construct a set of scientific supply chain risk identification system by combining the theory of supply chain risk management with the management practice and propose countermeasures are the key problems that many scholars and practitioners of auto supply chain management need to solve.This thesis takes F Automobile Company as the research object,makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of supply chain management and supply chain risk in the post-epidemic era,builds the supply chain risk index system and evaluation model by use the supply chain operation reference model(SCOR)and BP neural network model as the core theory,identifies the key risk factors.Put forward the effective control strategy of F company’s supply chain risk by combines the supply chain risk control theories.The thesis is divided into six sections.In the first section,this thesis describes the background and contents of the research,analysis and combs the current research productions of domestic and foreign scholars on the supply chain risk management of the automobile manufacturing industry and puts forward the research method of this thesis.Secondly,dwell on the theories of supply chain and supply chain risk,supply chain management of automobile manufacturing enterprises,SCOR model and BP neural network model to provide theoretical support for subsequent research.Thirdly,analysis in details of the present situation of supply chain management and supply chain risk of F company.Fourthly,identify the supply chain risk factors of F Automobile Company based on SCOR model including strategic planning,procurement,manufacturing,logistics distribution,returns and external risks,establish the supply chain risk index system of F company by using questionnaire survey.Afterwards,BP neural network model was used to evaluate the risk level of each risk factor.Fifthly,targeted countermeasures are proposed for the key risk index factors identified from the six major risk factors of F company,which mainly include three aspects which are risk warning,risk control and risk correction strategies and measures.Finally,the last section summarizes the research results,the shortcomings and the direction of follow-up action.The study of supply chain risk and countermeasures combined with the current social status plays an important role in stable the operation of the supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises,the healthy development of enterprises and industries,the growth of the whole national economy and the steady promotion of the domestic great circulation strategy.This thesis mainly studies the supply chain risks and countermeasures of F Automobile Company in the new era,hoping to provide effective path guidance for the identification and control of supply chain risks of the company,provide strategic support for its improvement of supply chain competitive advantages,and provide reference for other enterprises in the supply chain risk control.
