| The scale of highway construction is closely related to the development of the national economy.With the introduction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration concept and the construction of the Xiongan New Area,the Hebei Province has increased its intensity of investment in the highway network gradually.Meanwhile,the emergence of the PPP financing concept has made it necessary to carry out cost budget and management of the project.Especially,the intensity of cost management and budget in construction needs to be strengthened by the construction enterprise.In order to realize the real-time and effective management of the highway construction budget,the paper combines the BIM technology and GIS technology,uses the C# as the development environment,takes the SuperMap Objects.NET as the GIS development platform,uses the SQL Server for data management and takes the construction time as the control nodes to achieve the GIS space management,construction management,cost budget,cost evaluation and control at various stages of the project.It including 30 functional interfaces in this system.This study takes a section of highway and a bridge in the HanXing boundary highway project of G107 as examples to verify the system.It includes 588 spatial data and 1 862 attribute data.Besides,there are 4 872 data records of the budget fixed base price,36 327 the consumption and 1 169 the fixed cost of manpower,materials and machinery in the process of the construction budget.By using the above data,the study carries on the construction management and calculation of the cost budget separately at various stages of the project.And then calculating the relevant evaluation indicators by using the construction budget cost and actual cost.It not only clarifies the construction period of cost overrun and abnormal progress,but also achieves the control and management of construction budget.At last,reflecting the applicability and effectiveness of the system. |
