With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for wheels has increased year by year,and the individualized demand for wheel styling has gradually increased.At present,most of the research on the design of wheel hubs focuses on the theory.From the perspective of user participation in design,it has only appeared in the past few years.The wheel hub design tools and methods for the user are specialized and cumbersome,and the personalized customization requirements based on the user's fuzzy image cannot be accurately expressed.This paper aims to develop a personalized custom design method for the user to quickly generate the shape of the wheel,and establish a bridge between the user's imagery requirements and the modeling command,so that the user's individualized needs can be satisfied to the greatest extent,and develop a simplified and intuitive wheel shape personality customized path.This paper uses meta symbol theory and user demand priority judgment,relying on computer clustering algorithm and image recognition technology for research.Firstly,the principal component analysis method is used to classify the hubs in the sample library,which are divided into seven styles.Using computer image segmentation technology to segment the user imagery image to obtain user requirements.Secondly,priority determination is made according to the preference of the user,so as to understand the order of customization of the user requirements.Taking the five-spoke wheel as the research object,the computer clustering method is used to establish the image-related sample library.After the completion of the establishment,the image mapping relationship is constructed between the two libraries.Establish an "image" association between the form of the realistic metal symbol and the feature line of the imaginative meta symbol.Establish an "intentional" association between the realistic metal symbol and the decorative form of the imaginative meta symbol.Finally,building a wheel shape design platform interface design for the platform system,and verify the feasibility of the method.This paper constructs a wheel customization method based on image correlation,andproposes how to introduce user customization requirements and fuzzy images into the wheel wheel design.The user expresses the customization requirements by selecting the imagery image and the image vocabulary.Then transform the requirements into a wheel design.This association between realistic metal symbol library and imaginative meta symbol library is very helpful for wheel selection and wheel browsing direction,and it lays the foundation for the development of approximate wheel retrieval technology and method for image selection.
