Discussion On Project Management Mode Of Qingshui Road Project

With the sustained and rapid development of national economy and acceleration of urbanization process,more and more buildings are going up.Therefore,construction project management model has gradually become the focus of attention of the real estate enterprises.How to select the appropriate project management model is very important to a specific real estate projects.Now,There are several mature modes about the international engineering project management.In the engineering project in China practice,the project manager is also gradually in the use of these models,and some changes have happened.The quality and level of construction project management is improved truly.So,this thesis makes it as the research object.Construction project management mode will be summed up by researching the construction project management mode of international to provide reference for domestic construction project management experience.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the development trend of engineering construction project management,the current research status of engineering project management at home and abroad is overviewed.(2)The main characteristics and development status of real estate project management are introduced,the characteristics of DBB,PMC and other common real estate project management modes is compared,and the influencing factors of optimizing the management mode are find out.(3)After optimum selection and analysis,DBB management mode is applied to the actual project "Qingshui Road Court" project,and the selection of the mode is proved to be correct.(4)In the process of construction of Qingshui Road Court project,reasonable improvement schemes and measures are put forward to solve the problems in project management,and good results are achieved.
