Research On Quality Management Of ZZX Communication Engineering Survey And Design Project

With the in-depth development of the Internet,the trend of mobile Internet is becoming more and more obvious,and the communication industry,as the basic support of the Internet development,is the pillar industry of national economic development and plays a huge role in the process of urbanization.Communication engineering quality is the guarantee for the development of communication industry,the quality of the project should be included in different stages of the decision-making,design,construction and maintenance,etc and its corresponding quality of work,to guarantee the quality of communication engineering requires that improve the quality of the various stages of the work to ensure and improve the quality of the whole project,and communication engineering design as the key stages in communication engineering construction should guarantee its quality.Actual conditions,survey and design of communication based on the theory of project quality management knowledge study of survey and design project of communication quality management,the purpose is to promote communication survey and design enterprise project management,improve the quality of engineering design,this paper first of all,on the base of the research background,research significance and research target and technical route of content and so on to expand,and based on the relative management theories and methods of project management,combining with the research progress of communication engineering survey and design project quality management,the quality of the survey and design project of ZZX company management research,Second communication engineering survey and design project of ZZX company quality management present situation analysis,introduced the present situation and development ZZX company communication engineering survey and design project,project characteristics and the factors affecting the quality,and then,according to the theory of ZZX company case is described in terms of quality management,and analyzes its problems,using the causal analysis methods to analyze the reasons affecting the quality of survey and design,and based on bayesian network to carry on the survey and design project risk identification.Based on the causal analysis method,this paper finds that the design drawing errors,budget errors and non-compliance with the strong specification are the main causes of quality problems in ZZX company's projects.Based on the bayesian network model,the risk identification of the survey and design project was carried out,and it was found that the sensitive factors of the bayesian network were the urgentconstruction period,the low professional ability of the person in charge and the low level of the designer,which were the most controlled points in the project quality management of ZZX company.Finally,according to the research conclusions,specific Suggestions are put forward,and the overall framework of project quality management is defined from the three aspects of pre-project planning,implementation process and post-project management and control.
