In the process of urbanization,a large number of industrial wasteland have been produced.The existence of these areas has a lot of negative effects on the image of urban spatial pattern.How to regenerate industrial wasteland is an important step to improve the city appearance in the process of urbanization.With the rapid development of urban economy,some factories have been forced to demolish under the change of government policies and land use patterns,resulting in a large number of industrial wasteland.The result is that a large area of industrial wasteland near the urban area is generated.The existence of these grey areas has caused the destruction of the surrounding ecological environment,the decline of the quality of life of the residents and various social problems,and the regeneration of industrial heritage land is an important aspect of the improvement of urban ecology and the quality of life of the residents.In this paper,industrial landscape regeneration,elastic landscape,industrial heritage regeneration and other theoretical methods are used to study the social issues involved in industrial heritage,including the vague zoning of urban planning,neglect of industrial human history to become a pure waste land,the destruction of ecological environment and loss of biodiversity caused by production pollution,and so on.The redesign includes the following directions:1.Reducing human intervention by ecological means and assisting with multi-disciplinary technical support to improve vegetation,soil and water resources,improve vegetation growth environment and gradually stimulate the ability of self-repair and self-purification of the ecosystem;2.Redesign needs to be closely combined with site investigation and summarize the existing situation of site structures.The interior buildings of the site are divided into three parts: partial preservation,total preservation and total demolition.Combining with the space and time axis of the site,the factory buildings in the industrial legacy are regenerated.3.Regeneration of industrial buildings and regeneration of regional ecology should not be two independent parts.On the basis of less alteration of vegetation growth status and building status,harmonious symbiosis between buildings and vegetation should be promoted.The regeneration design of urban industrial heritage should mainly focus on protection and restoration,embody regional characteristics and take the initiative to pay attention to the harmonious relationship between ecology and architecture,so as to provide enlightenment for the discussion of how human heritage,ecological environment and public space work together in similar areas.
