Discussion On The Planning And Design Of Reclamation Pastoral Complex

In 2017,the term of pastoral complex was officially written into the no.1 document of the central committee.Many local rural areas began to develop the rural economy with the innovative model,but the relevant mature theoretical system and planning system have not been built yet.Based on the pastoral complex of Dajiangdong qiaotoubao in Hangzhou as the main research object,based on literature study,field survey,in combination with the practical situation of Dajiangdong reclamation district of Hangzhou,with the different aspect are studied,in order to provide the reference for the similar type rural reclamation,the result is as follows:1.Pastoral complex is the agricultural industry,leisure tourism,culture,education,rural community as a whole,based on integration of all kinds of resources in the region linkage development of ecotype productive fusion rural comprehensive economic development model,characterized by functional diversity as the goal,based on regional resources integration,with the concept of cultural heritage with overall development zone into a tone,with industrial development and leisure entertainment for dynamic characteristics,from the traditional single mode of agricultural products sales model to the wisdom agriculture.2.Due to different geographical location,current resources and regional positioning,the development types of rural complex are different.Dajiangdong qiaotoubao in Hangzhou is a reclamation type pastoral complex,characterized by flat terrain,mainly agricultural and arable land,soil salinization and alkalinity,abundant wetland resources,and large planting and breeding industry.Therefore,how to integrate the original resources in the region for the unique advantages of the reclamation area,and how to reasonably combine the agricultural production layout structure in the project area to maximize the benefits of productivity and ecological landscape effect.3.According to actual pastrol complex theory and reclamation district project,Dajiangdong qiaotoubao in Hangzhou is planning for the "big five block ","four big town",through rational functional partition,to meet the Mosaic of portal type rural landscape reclamation,technology research and development,ecological health,leisure,entertainment,culture creativity and so on.In the construction,transportation,water environment,agricultural industry layout and other special planning,combined with the integration of resources,highlight the low-carbon environmental protection,economic and energy conservation goals,to give full play to the biggest advantage of reclamation type pastoral complex.
