Evaluation And Planning Of 66kV Main Transformer Reconstruction Project In Yidong

Aershan is an important tourist city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Due to its unique tourism resources,tourism has become one of the pillar industries of local economic development.Higher requirements of infrastructure especially electricity facilities has been put forward because of the rapid development of tourism.In the power supply system of Aershan,some lines and equipment for power transmission and transformation lines and substations were built in the 1990 s,which became the bottlenecks of normal operation of regional power system and could not meet the electricity demand due to the local economy development.66 kV main transformer reconstruction in Yidong is one of the projects urgent to be transformed.This project cannot satisfy the needs of increasing annual electrical load and the power grid burden does not match.In order to improve the operation of power supply system and meet the power needs with the economic development in Aershan region,it has practical significance to evaluate and plan the 66 kV main transformer reconstruction project in Yidong.66kV main transformer reconstruction project was taken as the research object to establish its evaluation index system and its construction feasibility was evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods.On this basis,its implementation was planned to provide reference.There are five parts in this paper as following.First,based on the economic development and the actual demand for electricity in Aershan,the purpose,significance and method of this research were expounded,and the project overview was briefly introduced.Second,basic concepts,methods and steps of engineering project evaluation and planning were introduced.Third,in the respects of economy,technology and society,the project evaluation index system was established and the indicators of the project were comprehensively evaluated.Then,on the basis of project feasibility evaluation,the power system,equipment and materials,civil engineering and project investment ofthis project was planned.Finally,conclusions of this paper were summarized and the suggestions for planning and implementingthis project were proposed in view of project management.
