Research On County Power Grid Transformer Substation Reconstruction Project

County power grid transformer substation connects the social clients and the power grids,and is indispensable due to its voltage transformation function.However,the current development of the county transformer substation is not qualified and there are a lot of problems due to the limitations in the technology,the organization system,and the policy.Therefore,study on the reconstruction of the county transformer substation will be benefit for the development of the county power grid,the power transfer efficiency improvement,and the integrated construction between the urban and rural.This thesis studies on the planning,the construction and the maintenance,and the estimation,respectively.The primary work and achievements are as follows.(1)The status and problems of a certain county power grid are firstly analyzed,based on which the necessity of the reconstruction on JT transformer substation,as well as the reconstruction contents,is proposed.(2)The detailed problems in the civil construction and the electrical construction are analyzed.Meanwhile,the primary problems of the manual performed transformer substation and the non-manual transformer substation are proposed and the improvement suggestions are given as well.(3)On the basis of fuzzy evaluation theory,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and the entropy evaluation method(EEM)are applied to estimate the transformer substation reconstruction.These two methods confirm that the reconstruction is generally qualified.
