With the development of new structure,new material and new technology,many large-scale public buildings with unique shapes and complex structures have appeared.Although the visual shock effect is brought to people,the great challenge is put forward for engineers and technicians from the point of view of construction.Even in today's highly developed science and technology,there is still much room for improvement in construction technology.How to choose the optimal construction plan,ensure the safe and efficient construction of steel structure project,reduce the project cost,shorten the construction period,improve the construction efficiency,and ensure the quality of the project,it has very important research significance.This paper takes the theater project as the background,takes the roof tube truss structure as the research object,uses the finite element software to carry on the simulation analysis,monitors the unloading process,the main research content and the result are as follows:(1)The characteristics and difficulties of the project are analyzed in detail for the Grand Theater project.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the common construction methods and considering the characteristics of the project,the construction of subsection hoisting method is adopted.Considering the time-varying factors of the construction process and life-and-death units in the construction process,the Midas Gen software is used to simulate the finite element model of the pipe truss structure,and simulate the construction process for the two construction plans respectively,consider the difference between displacement and stress.The characteristics of the construction plan and the degree of construction difficulty are selected.(2)Through the monitoring of the unloading process,the calculated and measured values are compared and analyzed.The results indicated the presence of both but little difference deviation.The overall displacement of the structure meets the requirements,and the cause of the error is analyzed.In order to ensure the safety in the construction process and achieve the design goal after the completion of the construction,the positive loading iteration method is adopted to take the displacement of the joint as the preconditioning of the construction deformation.Considering the preconditioning of the construction deformation,the construction requirements that coincide with the design position can be realized after the construction.(3)In the light of the processing and making of the special-shaped bar of tube truss structure,the BIM method is used to deepen the design.From the three-dimensional model,the connection form of the truss,the size of the rod and so on are obtained,so as to solve the problem of drawing and cutting of the rod.The BIM information technology is used to locate the measurement and control in the process of simulation and construction,which solves the problem of space positioning and precision control of tube truss during the construction process,which provides a certain reference value for the actual construction of the project.
