With the rapid development of China's aviation industry,helicopters have different positions in military aircraft and civil aircraft with their unique flight characteristics and maneuvering advantages.Others have irreplaceable positions,especially in China's low-altitude airspace(below 1000 meters).Therefore,daily training and flight training for helicopter pilots has become particularly urgent.On the other hand,with the development of simulation technology,the combination of simulation hardware and simulation software of simulation technology has been widely used in various fields with its unique characteristics.The Helicopter Flight Simulator is one of the most successful areas of application for analog simulation technology.With its advantages of safety,economy,energy saving,high efficiency and high simulation,it has become an indispensable part of helicopter research and development and driver training.Based on the needs of actual scientific research projects and based on the design method of ergonomics,this paper systematically designs and studies the key factors such as the space,structure and appearance of the helicopter flight simulator cockpit around the "people-oriented" design concept.First of all,this paper introduces the research background of helicopter flight simulator and the research status at home and abroad,and analyzes the design problems of safety,comfort and aesthetics of the simulator cockpit.From the human-machine-environment perspective,man-machine The demand analysis determines the research ideas of this paper.Secondly,by investigating the range of human physiological angles and research records of the driver's comfortable posture,the driver's body size data and optimal comfort range are output,and the feasibility of ergonomics application in helicopter flight simulator cockpit design is analyzed necessity.On this basis,the existing problems of the mannequin design of the helicopter flight simulator cockpit are determined,and the solution ideas are proposed.The man-machine design analysis is carried out,including space,seat,vision,interaction,etc.,and the analysis results are integrated and output.Directly affect the man-machine design parameters of the helicopter flight simulator cockpit,thus establishing design positioning and man-machine design practice.Finally,a two-dimensional sketching scheme was drawn,three-dimensional modeling and rendering were performed,and the final design was determined by target users and expert scoring.Then JACK software was selected to perform human-machine evaluation and design verification of the new helicopter flight simulator cockpit.The research results in this paper not only improve the safety,comfort and aesthetics of the helicopter flight simulator cockpit,but also provide effective suggestions for the helicopter flight simulator cockpit design and development.
