Research On Credit Evaluation Of Parts Suppliers In Automobile Supply Chain

With the rapid development of China's economy,the automobile industry has become one of the important pillar industries in China.It is expected that in the next few years,the market development space will continue to expand,and the rigid demand will gradually increase.In the total production cost of automobiles,the purchasing cost of spare parts has risen to 80%-90%,which is equivalent to about one half of the total production cost of automobiles.Therefore,the position of automotive parts enterprises in the automotive industry has become increasingly prominent.With the in-depth development of supply chain management theory,the relationship between automobile manufacturing enterprises and parts suppliers is gradually changing from simple business relationship to more sustainable strategic partnership.Nowadays,how to evaluate,select and manage automobile parts suppliers scientifically has become an important part of supply chain management.However,the correct and reasonable evaluation of the credit of automobile parts suppliers can provide important support for the rational selection of parts suppliers.Therefore,in order to select the right suppliers and build a relatively stable strategic partnership with them,it is very important for enterprises to systematically and scientifically evaluate the credit of parts suppliers.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of credit evaluation of automotive parts suppliers at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the theory of supply chain and supply chain management,automotive supply chain theory,supplier credit evaluation methods and other related theoretical knowledge.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of automobile supply chain and the focus of credit evaluation,this paper mainly constructs the index system of credit evaluation for parts suppliers from three aspects: product factor index,performance index and financial condition index,and gives the corresponding systematic quantitative method for each index.Thirdly,this paper combines the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with the entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of the credit evaluation of automobile parts suppliers in the automobile supply chain,and finally calculates the credit evaluation results of parts suppliers by building a comprehensive evaluation model of grey correlation degree.Finally,the credit evaluation model of parts suppliers based on comprehensive weight and grey relational degree method is applied to specific enterprises for empirical analysis.At the same time,through the analysis of the impact of various indicators on the credit of parts suppliers,it provides an important reference value for the scientific and rational selection of parts suppliers.
