| In manufacturing enterprises,the inventory management has become a key issue,it affects the survival and development of enterprises.Inventory management is related to the production,sales and asset investment for the enterprises.A good inventory management model can reduce the inventory pressure of the enterprise,it can maximize the role of reasonable investment,and save the resources and costs for the enterprise.Inventory management is a great significance for the planning of the enterprise and has a direct impact on the efficiency of the enterprise.Based on the supply chain perspective,by using the systematic knowledge and methods of system dynamics and inventory management.This thesis tries to research the D company’s inventory management model and finds out the problems existing in the enterprise inventory management model,and make optimization suggestions accordingly.This thesis summarizes the previous scholars’ research achievements and experiences from the literature analysis firstly,try to finds out the theoretical support for this thesis,do the selection for the research direction and the suitable research methods,builds the model of the existing inventory management model for company D.Inventory management model to build the model and set the relevant parameters by using Vensim PLE software simulation.The simulation data include the total inventory,out of stock and the bullwhip,by analysis the effect of three key indicators to compare the results of the analysis to find the model can match D company inventory management.For the current enterprise inventory management issues,this thesis can make forward ideas and suggestions in order to solve the problems. |
