Research On The Cross-line Passengers Transport Organization Mode Of High-speed Railways

With the increase in connectivity of high-speed railway networks and the significant increase in transportation distance,it is able to attract more cross-line passenger flow to choose high-speed railway travel.The passenger flow mode is the premise for the organization of railway transportation.Reasonable organization of cross-line passenger flow transportation can increase the operating income of railway enterprises,while reducing passenger travel expenses and travel time and improving travel comfort.Based on the development status and trends of high-speed railways,the emphasis of this paper is to explore reasonable cross-line passenger flow modes and key issues in specific transportation organizations.Analyzing of the characteristics of over-line passenger flow of high-speed railway,as well as the structure,coverage,line grade and network operation characteristics of high-speed railway network lays a foundation for subsequent research.This paper gives the meaning of the high-speed railway through mode and transfer mode and analyzes the characteristics and applicability of these two basic cross-line passenger flow modes.This paper analyzes and quantifies the influencing factors of the choice of cross-line passenger flow mode from the perspective of passenger travel choice and railway enterprise operation.On this basis,the selection method of high-speed railway cross-line passenger flow transportation mode is proposed.Aiming at minimize the travel expenses of passengers and maximize the operating income of railway enterprises,a dual-target cross-line transport planning mode is established which is converted to a single-objective decision model by introducing a balance factor.Selecting three representative high-speed railway cross-line passenger ODs of Beijing-Qingdao,Shanghai-Xi'an and Shanghai-Haerbing as cases,this paper identifies the train section and conducts the OD of the passenger flow.Through solving the cross-line transport planning mode,the proportion of direct passenger flow across the three cross-line passenger flows OD was determined to be 0.77,0.67,and 0.16.According to passenger flow and the ratio of cross-line direct passenger flow and cross-line conversion of passenger flow,this paper determines the number of direct trains,transfer trains and connecting trains and proposes a combination of direct transport mode and transfer modeThis paper discusses the key issues of cross-line direct transportation?Cross-line transfer and passenger station cross-line passenger flow organization and mainly studies coordination of cross-line and local train conflict?train connection plan?passenger station flow stream organization and so on which provides the theoretical basis for the passenger transport organization under different cross-line passenger flow modes.
