Research On Application Technology Of Security System For Railway Engineering Workers

Railway transportation occupies a dominant position in the mode of transportation in China.With the increasing strength of China's railway trade.Railway maintenance efficiency,quality and security are very important to operators.How to ensure the safety of railway engineering workers is a problem.Therefore,the research on railway engineering security system is very important for railway engineering workers.The security requirements of railway engineering workers were analyzed in this thesis.The security alarm system for railway engineering workers has been designed,completed and tested.The main work of this thesis includes the following aspects:Firstly,the requirements of function and performance with railway engineering security alarm system were analyzed.The digital signal filtering technology and video coding technology were studied.According to the characteristics of railway work,the suitable digital filtering technology and video coding method were selected.Secondly,the scheme of railway work alarm device was designed.The software of railway engineering security system was designed: 1)Train approach signal acquisition device for work site;2)Security alarm device for work site.Acceleration sensor was used in train approach signal acquisition device to collect vibration signals when the train approach the work site.The signal was analyzed by LMS adaptive filter and power spectral density to judging if it were an approaching train.Using DTU to transmit warning signal to work site alarm device.The signal from the train approach signal acquisition device is received by the alarm device.Railway workers are reminded to evacuate the work site in time by sound and light alarm to safeguarding the security of railway workers.USB camera is used by video monitoring module to collect image data of work site.H.264 video coding protocol is used to compress the original image on the S3C2440 embedded system board.Then the compressed video stream is transcoded into a general video format and stored in SD card.LMS adaptive filter,power spectral density analysis and H.264 video coding technology are combined in this system.At the same time,the specificity of embedded devices was realized.Finally,the function module of railway engineering security system were tested and analyzed.The test results show that the basic functions of the system have achieved the expected goals.It can also realize the integration of warning,alarm and monitoring functions into the railway engineering security system.It has reference value for the research of railway engineering security system.
