In recent years,relay protection device and recording device in the power system have developed rapidly based on intelligent hardware technology.And it has been widely used and popularized in the construction process of smart power grid.On this basis,power supply enterprises are using relay protection fault information system to realize fault information collection and analysis of power network in recent years.Protection fault system is an important data support for safety protection measures and operation and maintenance management in power network operation.The relay protection fault system is usually divided into two parts: master station system and substation system.The main system is mainly used to provide the integrated and integrated management functions of fault information for the grid dispatch and management personnel.The sub-station system can collect,localize and upload the fault information of relay protection of the important facilities of the power grid.The application of substation and master station system can effectively improve the overall level of power grid operation and maintenance management and security assurance.However,the direct use of the main station system for relay protection fault information management has high technical requirements for users.Therefore,it is usually necessary to publish the key functions of the master system as Web services to improve the usability of the system.In this paper,based on the construction background of TS8000 relay protection fault information management platform of the power supply company,a set of Web publishing subsystem for the main station of TS8000 platform is designed and developed.The Web subsystem can publish the key functions such as fault report,communication status,alarm event,action event,recording report,graphic monitoring,equipment parameters and so on in the master station system as Web services.So,it could improve the usability of the system and human-computer interaction.In the research work,the development status and trend of relay protection fault information management are firstly summarized and introduced,and the functional architecture of the general system platform is analyzed.Secondly,in view of the Web publishing subsystem function research and development work,the software development technology and tools used in the system are briefly described.Thirdly,according to the specific application of TS8000 platform,this paper analyzes the development necessity and development goal of the Web publishing subsystem,and analyzes the overall logical structure of the system and the functional development requirements of the system in detail.At the same time,the platform data subscription requirements and performance requirements are described.Fourth,according to the specific research and development requirements of the Web publishing subsystem,the functional model,network structure and functional structure of the system are designed.The data structure and database model of the analysis system are investigated,and the database is designed and analyzed.On this basis,according to the internal function division of the system,the class structure design and function development of system's 7 key functional modules are introduced.Finally,the Web publishing subsystem is deployed in the power grid monitoring center and connected with the main station system.Then,the paper conducts actual test on the system,analyzes the function and performance of the system,and investigates whether the system meets the expected requirements.The Web publishing subsystem can extract the key data of relay protection fault information in the main station system on the basis of interaction with the main station system.And it provides more convenient and intuitive operation interface support for the grid monitoring center staff in the form of Web services.So it could improve the efficiency and level of relay protection fault information management.
