Design And Implementation Of Power Grid Intelligent Fault Information Management System

Relay protection is an important technical means to improve the operation safety and reliability of power system.The main goal of relay protection is to monitor the abnormal operation or failure of power equipment and send out warning information.Relay protection information is the development trend in recent years,how to release the fault information to end users is an important challenge.This thesisdesigned and implemented a set of fault information Web publishing system for TS8000 relay protection fault information main station system.The system can be able to publish the fault information of the main station system to users through Web services and improves the availability of TS8000 system.The ASP.NET Web technology is used to develop the system.By reading the fault information from the main station system,the fault information Web service system can be established by managing the fault report,communication status,device events,recording files,graphic information and device parameters by type according to the requirements of users.In the research work,the relay protection informatization and the development technology of this system are studied firstly.Then,the basic situation and deficiency of TS8000 system are analyzed,and the detailed development requirements of the system are proposed.According to the specific requirements of the system,the software design technology is used to analyze the key technical scheme of the system,and the system module is divided and developed.Finally,the function and performance of the system are simulated and analyzed,and the development effect of the system is evaluated according to the test results.The system in this thesiscan release the key business data of the subsystem function and the master function in ts8000 platform internally.The function publishing mode of the system adopts the web technology mode.The system can extract and integrate the key information in the relay protection management business,and improve the work efficiency of the company's relay protection management personnel.
