The development of society is inseparable from the guarantee of energy.As a clean and convenient energy utilization carrier,the power grid plays an extremely important role in the power industry.Substations,especially large substations,are one of the indispensable links in power grid construction.How to complete the construction task of substation with the shortest time and the lowest cost under the premise of satisfying the quality of the project,it is necessary to carry out in-depth exploration and research on the project schedule and management methods,and transform the extensive management mode into a scientific and refined management mode.This is of great significance to the sound development of the power grid.In this context,based on the critical path method,this paper focuses on the progress control and adjustment of the new construction project of Beizhou 500 kV substation,and explores the process of research and optimization of the substation construction project.The specific work and achievements are as follows:(1)Refer to the engineering quality acceptance and assessment procedure,combined with the actual process of the new construction project of Beizhou 500 kV substation,with the sub-project as the minimum scale,divide the construction process of the 500 kV substation designed with the 500-A-3 universal design scheme into 112 items.work tasks.This builds the network topology of the project schedule and lays the foundation for critical path decisions.(2)On the basis of the above,the logical relationship between the sub-link tasks of the network topology is given,the time limit for completing each task in the decision-making process,and the corresponding schedule,and the detailed project Gantt chart and project plan network topology are established.The path method seeks the critical path of the project,and optimizes the critical path of the project schedule from the project period and resources.(3)With the advancement of the project,according to the project schedule,based on the actual implementation,dynamic inspection and correction during the construction process,taking the delay of quality supervision in the pre-construction stage of the main structure as an example,explain how to adjust the project schedule.In the hope that the critical path will be as small as possible to ensure minimal changes in the total duration.This study takes the construction of large-scale substation project as an example,and aims to complete the project as a whole.On the basis of detailed analysis and establishment of the network topology expression between the various stages of the project construction project,based on the critical path method,the key path is decided.The continuous correction of the process that affects the critical path is very positive in ensuring that the project is completed as scheduled.This research has certain reference value for the construction progress management of large-scale engineering projects.
