Research On Quality Management Of Hospital Building Energy Saving Reconstruction Project

The existing hospital building stock in China is huge.Due to the particularity of the function and environmental requirements of the hospital building,the energy consumption per unit area of the hospital building is much higher than that of the general public building,which consumes a lot of energy every year and becomes an important cost expenditure of the hospital.With the continuous promotion of national policies to save energy and protect the environment and the need of saving operating costs in the medical industry,how to reduce unreasonable energy consumption has become a realistic problem faced by hospital managers.It is one of the most important and effective measures to realize the goal of saving energy and reducing hospital energy expenditure to transform the hospital buildings that do not conform to the standards of energy-saving design.However,in practice,some of the energy-saving reconstruction projects of hospitals are not ideal due to various reasons.Some of them do not save energy or cost,and some of them affect the normal use of the hospital.How to meet the special needs of the hospital,but still ensure the hospital building energy saving transformation to meet the purpose of reducing energy consumption,is the problem that all hospital managers need to think about.To solve this problem,the author believes that the key is to improve the quality management level of hospital building energy saving reconstruction project.Through analysis and research,this paper tries to find out how to improve the quality management of hospital building energy saving reconstruction project.The concept and characteristics of energy-saving transformation of hospital buildings are reviewed and expounded,and the design of energy-saving transformation of hospital buildings should be carried out on the premise of meeting the special functions and intentions of the hospital.In the process of project management,the paper analyzes the quality management of the hospital energy-saving reconstruction project with the total quality management theory,and lists the important factors and common problems that affect the quality of the hospital building energy-saving reconstruction project.In order to improve the quality of the project,it is necessary to continuously improve the total quality management,life cycle management and total factor management.Along with this idea,the paper puts forward that to improve the quality of the hospital building energy-saving reconstruction project,it is necessary to develop feasible and reasonable solutions in the aspects of design decision-making,construction process organization structure,design principles and construction management methods.Innovative put forward at the same time,the hospital energy saving renovation project in order to realize the improvement of quality,you need to project quality management extends to the stage of operation and management,energy use by the hospital as the guidance,to establish the whole life cycle of the energy-saving renovation project quality management system,quality control for each element of the management and continuous improvement of quality management,can effectively improve the effect of quality management.Finally,the paper verifies the effectiveness of life-span quality management through an actual case of building energy-saving transformation of a third-level hospital in Beijing.
