Research On Architectural Optimum Design Of General Hospital Emergency Department Based On User Experience

The emergency department is not only an important component of the general hospital,but also the core organization of the medical emergency system.As the forefront of life-saving hospitals in the general hospital,the quality of the emergency department determines the efficiency of the entire emergency system.The environment and services of the emergency department are also important factors affecting the relationship between doctors and patients.There is a lack of empirical research on the experience of the UK and the United States in the relevant research in the emergency department of the general hospital,and there are few empirical studies focusing on the user experience of the emergency department.With the improvement of people's demand for medical services and environmental quality,there are still many shortcomings in the emergency department of hospitals in China:patients have long waiting times,medical treatments are roundabout,and service experience is poor.The existing medical procedures and spatial allocation in the emergency department of our country have not changed for a long time,and there are actually improvements in the in-depth investigation.In order to improve the efficiency of emergency treatment in China and improve the user experience of the emergency department,this topic is based on the perspective of user experience,and carries out research on the optimization design of the emergency department of the general hospital.On the one hand,it studies the normative standards of the emergency department of Chinese and foreign hospitals,draws on the advanced medical concepts of the United States and the United States,and conducts research on the current situation of large-scale general hospitals in China,summarizing the problems existing in the design of the emergency department in China.On the basis of the combination of the two,the optimization design strategy and program exploration are proposed.The second chapter is the research on the advanced concept of the emergency department of the United States and the United States.It focuses on the design norms of the British and American emergency department,and focuses on the planning concept,medical process and spatial configuration of the design rules of the emergency department of the United States and the United States,and draws the humanized requirements from the perspective of user experience.And measures,and comparative analysis with China's norms,to obtain points worth learningThe third chapter is the field investigation of the emergency department of the general hospital,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview records in the survey.It sums up the common problem and provides a realistic basis for proposing the emergency department optimization strategy based on user experience.The fourth chapter combines the above theoretical discussion and the results of research and practice,and puts forward the strategy of improving the medical process,traffic flow,function layout,space quality and information system of the emergency department in China.The fifth chapter is the design experiment,which mainly uses the strategy derived from the above research,carries out experimental design,and applies the optimization strategy to specific cases as the verification and experiment of the architectural optimization design of the emergency department.The research of this thesis has certain practical significance for the optimization design of the emergency department of general hospitals in China.
