Dynamic Mechanism Of Port Enterprise Value Chain Reconstruction In The Background Of Free Trade Zone

Free trade zones gain advantages by means of free trade in goods and free financial circulation.Ports,as functional nodes of trade in goods,are the core carriers of trade in goods in FTA.The successive establishment of FTA pilot zones and a number of innovative policies will have a far-reaching impact on the transformation and upgrading of port enterprises in China.As the frontier position of opening up and international trade in the past,ports have once again become an important part of national strategy.Faced to the new opportunities brought by the policy of FTA for the development of port enterprises in China,it is urgent to study the value chain reconstruction mechanism of port enterprises under the background of FTA,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of port enterprises and realize value-added.Firstly,this paper combs the theory of free trade area,value chain and system dynamics to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up analysis,including the status and problems of the value chain of port enterprises in China,the impact of the policies of free trade area on the business of port industry and port enterprises,and the construction of the system dynamics model of the value chain reconstruction of port enterprises.Secondly,the composition of the value chain of port enterprises is analyzed from the internal and external perspectives.On this basis,the characteristics and problems of the value chain are summarized from the perspectives of the proportion of value links,interaction relations and economic benefits.Thirdly,according to the analysis of value chain,the impact of FTA policy on Chinese port industry,main industry of port enterprises and value-added industry will be analyzed from five aspects:customs supervision,tax,investment,finance and legal system.Then this paper will extract the basic,endogenous and exogenous driving factors which affect the reconstruction of value chain of port enterprises.Fourthly,on the basis of extracting the dynamic factors of value chain reengineering,the dynamic mechanism analysis model of value chain reengineering of port enterprises in China under the background of FTA is constructed by using system dynamics.The model construction is divided into two parts:subsystem model and total system model.And the subsystem model construction is the basis of total system model construction.On account of the construction of the total system model,the parameters of the model,such as initial variables,state variables,table functions and constants,are set.Then the model is tested by structural and variable dimension test,extreme condition test and historical data test.Finally,after confirming the applicability of the model,taking Shanghai Port as an example,the simulation is carried out to get the change of business profits under different input rates,and the simulation results are analyzed to draw conclusions,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the value chain reconstruction of Shanghai Port are put forward.Through the research on the value chain reconstruction mechanism of Chinese port enterprises under the background of FTA,the implemented FTA policy can be tested,which provides countermeasures and suggestions for further policy formulation and implementation,and enriches the FTA policy theory of port construction.At the same time,revealing the structure and restructuring mechanism of port enterprises value chain is of positive significance for developing and perfecting the theory of value chain restructuring and realizing the self-development of port enterprises in China under the background of FTA.
