With the unprecedented perfection of global supply chain today,ports are not only the nodes of surface and land transportation,but also play a vital role in regional development and trade cooperation.Relying on the Hunchun at the border of China,the North Korea and Russia to connect with the major ports in the northeast of the North Korea,it is an important way for Jilin province to integrate into the "Belt And Road" initiative and also a great opportunity for the development of this region.North Korea is located in LuoXian Free Trade Zone of Luojin Port,Xianfeng Port,and Xiongshang Port is as sea port of the sea transport channel,not only the superior geographical position and natural conditions,but also in Jilin province play a crucial role in opening to the outside world,even for the development of Heilongjiang province and even in eastern Mongolia also has significant economic value.Therefore,further study and analysis of the three ports in LuoXian Free Trade Zone and effective integration are of great significance.In this background,to achieve long-term stable development of regional economy,this article first to the port competitiveness as the breakthrough point,combined with the LuoXian Free Trade Zone of Luojin Port,Xianfeng Port,Xiongshang Port is the present situation of the three main ports,explore suitable for evaluating those port comprehensive evaluation index system and method,using the principal component analysis to three port selection index factor analysis,comprehensive competitive advantages and disadvantages of three ports is analyzed.Secondly,port integration theory is used to study the three ports under the competitiveness guidance.The research results show that the three ports of LuoXian Free Trade Zone are at different levels in terms of competitiveness,ranking as Luojin Port,Xianfeng Port and Xiongshang Port successively.According to the results,Luojin Port is positioned as a regional hub port,Xianfeng Port as a regional important port and Xiongshang Port as a regional professional port.In the process of integration,it is necessary to fully integrate the functions and structures of the three ports,and form two integration modes:one is the regional shipping center mode with Luojin Port as the core,and the other is the port authority mode dominated by the government.Finally,Suggestions and strategies are put forward to optimize the development strategies of various ports in LuoXian Free Trade Zone and improve the overall competitiveness of the region.
