In recent years,China has promulgated a number of policies to "accelerate the implementation of general contracting of projects".The EPC general contracting model has become an important measure to deepen the reform of China's engineering construction implementation mode with the characteristics of "shortening the construction period, reducing the cost, and less contract disputes".With the increase in the scale of EPC projects and the development of professional technology, the requirements of the general contractor are getting higher and higher, and the design institute takes the lead in the form of general contracting consortium. However, the design institute is in the process of transition to the general contracting mode, which has led to the development of some unions. At the same time, under the EPC model, the risk of the general contractor is greater, and the parties to the general contracting complex have different attitudes towards their risk due to different perspectives. Therefore,in order to avoid unclear internal responsibility limits of the general contracting consortium, once the project risk occurs, each member shirks responsibility and causes the EPC project to fail.Based on this, this thesis studies the risk sharing within the EPC general contracting consortium formed by the design institute, material equipment suppliers and construction units.Based on the definition of the EPC model, the general contracting consortium and the EPC risk connotation and characteristics, this thesis first analyzes the necessity, advantages and disadvantages of the EPC general contracting consortium led by the design institute from the definition of the study object identity.Secondly, the application Stakeholder theory and improved S-CAD method systematically study the relationship and cooperation mode between the main stakeholders of the EPC general contracting consortium led by the design institute, and combine the "document-case" to identify the EPC general contracting risk and apply The ISM method divides the risk hierarchy, and then constructs the "four-stage" risk dynamic sharing framework based on the full analysis of the risk sharing factors and principles. Then, the study proposes a game model based on the risk dynamic sharing framework.Including:? constructing a three-party evolutionary game model to study the risk attitudes of all parties in the general contracting consortium and using Matlab R2014a software simulation,?constructing a three-party complete information game for exclusive risk distribution, and ? combining the OWA operator to improve the different risk preferences of the ISM method for different levels of risk, construct a stochastic cooperative game model of "risk minimization, benefit maximization" Finally, the EPC project of the G city construction water purification plant is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the model, and the relevant measures and suggestions for improving the EPC general contracting consortium management system led by the design institute are proposed.Through the study on the risk dynamic sharing of the EPC general contracting consortium led by the design institute, this thesis can bring some enlightenment and reference for the transformation of EPC general contracting of some large design institutes, thus ensuring the long-term stable and positive cooperation of the general contracting consortium, truly playing the advantages of the general contracting consortium, and the subsequent internal benefits distribution can be relied upon to ensure the smooth implementation of the EPC project objectives, making the model more standardized and effective, and providing a strong guarantee for the healthy development of the EPC project.
