Since 2014,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,the State Council and the National Development and Reform Commission have successively issued a series of guidance documents,methods and regulations to promote the development of general contracting,such as Construction Project General Contract Management Regulations,13 th Five-Year Assembly Construction Action Plan,Management Measures for General Contracting of Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects,etc.With the deployment of my country’s deepening reform strategy,as well as the expansion of EPC projects and the advancement of science and technology,the engineering construction organization model has begun to accelerate from the traditional The contracting model has been transformed into a general engineering contracting model,and the domestic market demand for general engineering contracting continues,the income of general engineering contracting is also growing rapidly,and the professional fields involved are also gradually expanding.The EPC general contracting consortium based on the signing of the consortium agreement came into being.However,in the implementation of consortium contracting,due to the lack of trust and communication between the partners in the internal cooperation process of the consortium,it is easy to become negative The situation of cooperation and even withdrawing in the middle has also hindered the rapid promotion and healthy development of the EPC general contracting consortium model.Therefore,the stability of the consortium’s cooperation process is often related to the success or failure of the project.Based on this,this paper conducts a research on the stability of the cooperative relationship between the design unit,construction unit,and production unit of the EPC general contracting consortium.First of all,the paper introduces the market demand background generated by the EPC general contracting consortium,and analyzes the application space and development prospects of the consortium in the construction market by comparing with the traditional contracting model(DB mode).However,due to the immature development of the general contracting model in my country,the corresponding industry standards and regulations have not yet formed a complete framework content.Due to the lack of enthusiasm and difficulty in coordination,the consortium is difficult to maintain a stable state of cooperation.Secondly,in order to study and optimize the problem of stability,the thesis focuses on the core issue of combined cooperation stability,and defines its participants as design units,construction units and production units.The first step is to study the cooperation between design and construction units.The stability and its influencing factors under the form of the form,the second step is to explore the stable and balanced relationship among the three main bodies of design-construction-production unit,analyze the power and responsibility of each behavior body in the stability of the consortium,and then construct two kinds of The evolutionary game model under the formal form solves the evolutionary equilibrium strategy of the system,and uses Matlab software to simulate the influencing factors,in order to explore the specific impact of many factors on the cooperation subjects and provide beneficial value to the maintenance of the cooperation stability of the EPC consortium.Finally,based on the evolutionary game analysis of the strategy selection of each group of cooperation,the strategy proposes measures and suggestions from four aspects: formulating a reasonable distribution ratio,cultivating a consortium culture,establishing the necessary supervision and punishment mechanism for interrupting cooperation behavior,and building a multi-party efficient information communication platform.Use the evolutionary game theory to study the stability of the EPC consortium’s cooperative relationship,analyze the cooperative relations of the consortium members from the perspective of the long-term development of the project,and propose corresponding optimization measures for each influencing factor to maintain the EPC consortium’s cooperation Stability enables the projects it undertakes to achieve better quality and considerable profits within a reasonable construction period,which has a certain reference value for the internal management of the cooperative members of the consortium.
