Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Regional Local Landscape

Under the background of rural revitalization,the rural ecology,life and production have been gradually improved,but the unbalanced and hollowing problem of rural development still needs to be solved.Previous studies mostly selected villages with good development and characteristic industries and cultural background,paid little attention to villages with backward development,and lacked systematic analysis on the construction conditions and feasibility of villages in different regions.This paper firstly studies rural development and rural landscape theory at home and abroad through literature review and summarizes the elements of rural landscape.Secondly,expert selection,hierarchical analysis,fuzzy evaluation and other research methods are used to screen evaluation indicators and calculate weights,and establish a comprehensive evaluation system of local landscape.Finally,the research data of the three villages were collected and sorted out,and the development advantages and disadvantages of villages in different regions were calculated based on the evaluation results of relevant experts and scholars,and corresponding improvement strategies were given.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)after studying the development process of rural areas in various countries,it is concluded that the development of rural areas supported by policies is not sustainable.Therefore,policies should be guided and encouraged to promote the bottom-up development power of rural areas.The goal is to achieve harmonious rural ecology,rich culture and diversified industrial development.(2)the comprehensive evaluation index system of local landscape was established,including 5 first-level indicators,the importance of which were:environmental resources(0.375),>folk culture(0.215)=rural wind policy(0.215),>industrial economy(0.121),>living environment(0.073).There are 10 secondary indicators,among which natural resources and social resources are the most important,followed by rural management,traditional landscape and life style.There were 41 third-level indicators,among which only five indicators above 0.05 were the proportion of secondary and tertiary production in total output value,geographical advantages,traditional settlements,transportation accessibility,and industrial science and technology innovation policy subsidies.(3)The comprehensive evaluation of the three villages is better.Houyan village has good natural resources,living environment and rural management system,but the traditional way of life,industry and industrial structure is poor.Shuanghe village has superior geographical advantages,natural and cultural landscape,but the farming industry is difficult to develop,the traffic is more closed,lack of employment and entrepreneurship training and products.Shanglou village has excellent location and transportation conditions,but the culture is seriously lost,the quality of living is low,and the agricultural industry is degraded.In the three villages,there is a general lack of culture and industrial fault,and the integration of culture with production and life is less.The product processing industry lacks capital and technology,and the cultural characteristics and products are not rich enough.The blind development of tourism leads to little industrial support.(4)according to the evaluation results,this paper proposes three improvement strategies.First,improve the transportation system,expand the channels of resource transportation,promote the introduction of capital and technology,improve the scale of agricultural production and processing technology,and increase the diversity of products.Second,repair rural buildings and settlement landscape,excavate traditional customs and techniques,and integrate them into villagers’ production and life.Meanwhile,improve living facilities to improve villagers’ sense of belonging and quality of life.Third,promote the integration of traditional culture and the secondary and tertiary industries,enhance the brand effect,improve the tourism service facilities,increase the number of visitors and the export of products combined with the Internet publicity,and eventually form a diversified industry for common development.
