In today's world,with the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid change of culture,cultural convergence has brought about cultural convergence in the world for the global civilization.The regional and characteristic of culture is gradually declining.As a cultural and educational place,the academy bears the important mission of the education and dissemination of ancient Chinese traditional culture.The academies throughout China are places for the transmission and inheritance of Chinese classical culture,with a development history of more than one thousand years.They are the "universities" under the guidance of Chinese traditional Confucianism,and play an important role in the long history of Chinese culture.The academy has gone through the changes and tests of The Times,and its rich cultural connotation has been handed down,which has influenced the education and political civilization of our country.This paper generalizes the concept and its related cultural context and interpretation,reviews the development course of China academy of space design,and in view of the Chinese academy of space design has made the analysis of current situation and problems,combined with analysis of the situation and problems,focusing on regional culture is applied to the academy space design method of the overall design,detail design for analysis,and collect and sort out a large number of domestic and foreign outstanding college information on case study theory,aims to explore method and rule in the design of regional culture in college.Finally,taking the buddhist academy of datong city as an example,the thesis is expounded to verify the feasibility of the conclusion,and the future development of academyspace design in datong city is put forward.
