In this paper,the aggregation phenomenon of bus stops in the common line section is taken as the starting point,and the actual bus operation track data is used to study this phenomenon,so as to standardize the headway of bus stops and reduce the aggregation phenomenon of bus stops.In order to simplify the research process,this paper takes the common section of two bus lines as an example.First of all,through the study of the running track of the two bus lines in the common line section,it is found that the aggregation of bus stops in the common line section can be divided into the aggregation between the same line and the aggregation between different lines.According to the two kinds of bus aggregation phenomenon in the station,the paper further studies and analyzes the headway distribution characteristics and change rules of single line bus and different line bus in the station from the time-space level,and obtains the research direction to solve the phenomenon of bus stop aggregation in the common line section.Next,this paper summarizes the related research results of the bus head time control threshold in single line and common line sections,and combined with the distribution characteristics of bus headway in the common line section,the optimal control objective of bus headway in the common line section is established.Further,based on the classification of bus stop aggregation phenomenon,this paper determines the threshold of bus headway control at the bus stop:For the determination of the headway control threshold of single line bus stops,this paper classifies the bus running state based on the normal distribution characteristics of the headway,and then uses the 3 ? principle of the normal distribution and the clustering optimization algorithm of machine learning k-means++ to determine the upper and lower limits of the headway control threshold of different bus stops;and for the combined headway of bus stops In this paper,through the determination of the ideal bus headway in the common line section,and considering the influence of the adjustment of bus headway on the original single line bus headway,the control rules of different bus stops in the common line section are established.The average stop time of the bus in front of the station is taken as the lower limit of the control threshold,and the ideal bus headway is taken as the control threshold The upper limit of the value,and take the early peak as an example to determine the headway control thresholds of public transportation.Then,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of bus head time distance,builds the prediction model of bus head time distance based on neural network and support vector machine based on Python's sklearn machine learning tool,realizes the prediction of bus head time distance of single line bus stop and bus joint head time distance of common line section,and analyzes the prediction errors of the two prediction models in different situations Ratio analysis.Moreover,this paper combines the prediction model of bus headway and the control threshold of bus headway at bus stops,and establishes a complete framework flow of bus headway control.By limiting the running speed between bus stops,the headway of bus stops can be regulated.Finally,according to the speed control strategy flow of bus head time distance between stations proposed in this paper,combined with the simpy simulation tool of python,the simulation process is divided into the single line bus operation process before the common line section and the multiline bus operation process within the common line section.Through the numerical simulation results of bus headway before and after the implementation of the control strategy,the control performance is evaluated from the visual level and relative index level.
