Assembly occupies a very large proportion in the manufacturing process of products,it is an important factor in determining product quality.The fast and efficient assembly sequence during the assembly process has a great improvement in assembly efficiency.Virtual assembly simulation simulates the actual assembly process,and you can find problems that may be encountered during the actual assembly process.Therefore,the study of assembly sequence optimization and virtual assembly simulation has extraordinary significance.Aircraft assembly is used as an example.Genetic algorithms are used to generate a reasonable assembly sequence.Virtual assembly simulation is performed on the obtained assembly sequence to ensure the feasibility of the assembly sequence.So,the following aspects will be studied.Firstly,when constructing the evaluation function of the genetic algorithm,analyze the relevant information of the assembly model,classify the information of the assembly model,and summarize some assembly rules in the process of aircraft assembly.Based on the obtained assembly information,an evaluation system based on assembly rules,assembly connection relationships,assembly directions,and the number of changes in assembly tools was determined.Secondly,According to the characteristics of genetic algorithm,design the corresponding key steps of genetic algorithm,MFC and MySQL were used to develop the assembly sequence optimization subsystem.The evaluation criteria and part information were written into the database for easy management.A virtual assembly simulation subsystem is integrated on this system to analyze the influence of genetic parameters on the performance of genetic algorithms.The system result is an optimized assembly sequence using genetic algorithms.Finally,After the optimized assembly sequence is obtained,the virtual assembly simulation subsystem is used to verify the rationality of the assembly sequence results.After modeling and lightweight representation of the aircraft wing structure,the assembly path planning of the components is performed according to the assembly sequence,and the specific definition is made.Installation activities,perform dynamic simulation and interference inspection of the assembly,and output process files to guide field assembly.
