| At present,Shunde District of Foshan City is entrusted with the task of taking the lead in the construction of Guangdong Province’s high-quality development system and mechanism reform and innovation experimental zone,urban onstruction and development enter a fast channel,and the number and scale of construction projects continue to grow,research on the reform of construction quality and safety supervision organization in Shunde District,the purpose is to build a long-term mechanism of quality and safety supervision of construction projects,and promote the overall level of construction projects in Shunde District to improve continuously,which provides support for Shunde District to take the lead in the construction of high-quality development system and mechanism reform and innovation experimental area in Guangdong Province,and also provides reference for the reform of supervision institutions in other regions of the country.Shunde District construction engineering quality and safety supervision institution of Foshan City has experienced many reforms and explorations,such as the nature of the unit and the separation of functions,taking Shunde District as an example,it has strong representativeness.Using case analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation of supervision institutions in Shunde District,studies the reform process of Shunde District supervision institution,and studies the nature,vehicles,personnel,treatment,information technology and other aspects of of the supervision institution,and the use of literature reading and comparative research method,the domestic and foreign other areas of the supervision organization reform of the institutional setting,function division,staffing,supervision mode,etc,learn from their reform experience,and finally find a favorable direction for the reform of the supervision organization,and put forward suggestions for further improvement of the supervision organization.In the reform of construction quality and safety supervision institutions,we should first clarify the administrative status of supervision institutions and frame the functions of supervision institutions;secondly,we should equip field supervision and law enforcement vehicles to meet the needs of supervision institutions in the field;thirdly,we should ensure the number of supervision institutions to meet the needs of regional construction scale development;fourthly,we should improve the treatment of supervision institutions and improve the incentive mechanism;fifth,increase financial investment to meet the needs of information construction of supervision institutions. |
