By the end of 2018,the total length of urban rail transit operating lines in mainland China has exceeded 5761 km.With the rapid development of urban rail transit,with the continuous infiltration of artificial intelligence,the problems existing in urban rail transit personnel training have become increasingly prominent.How to meet the needs of industry enterprises and train professionals has become one of the important topics of vocational colleges.In order to better carry out the research on the reform of urban rail talent training under the background of artificial intelligence,this paper first introduces the concepts of artificial intelligence and urban rail transit talents,as well as the theory of talent training and multiple intelligences,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up reform of talent training.It is analyzed that the impact of the application of artificial intelligence on the urban rail industry is mainly reflected in intelligent operation and intelligent operation and maintenance,while the impact on higher vocational education is mainly reflected in the means,objectives and contents of personnel training.Then through the interview method to interview the person in charge of human resources and the head of the passenger transport department to understand that under the current situation of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,enterprises need talents with artificial intelligence thinkings artificial intelligence applied talents and cross-border compound talents.Then,taking the urban rail transit major of Hangzhou X University(hereinafter referred to as urban rail major)as an example,this paper expounds the current situation of talent training(talent training before 2018).Combined with the change of enterprise demand for talents and the future development trend of the industry brought about by the influence of artificial intelligence,it is found that it is necessary to reform the goal of talent training,curriculum system,teaching staff structure,school-enterprise cooperation and so on.Finally,based on the theory of "talent training theory" and "multiple intelligence theory",using "721" learning method and "CDIO" teaching model,this paper puts forward the goal of talent training based on artificial intelligence to cultivate compound high-end talents with good professional ethics and professional accomplishment and artificial intelligence thinking.Innovative development is based on the curriculum system of talent training under the background of artificial intelligence,adding practical courses,elective courses and information literacy courses,and building a team of high-level teachers under the multi-pronged approach of "introduction,training,hiring and comparison".To establish a team of high-quality urban rail teachers with innovative ability and both ability and political integrity;Deepen the school-enterprise cooperation mode of "school-enterprise co-education and CDIO mode",strengthen the communication and feedback mechanism and other reform measures,so as to train more compound talents for the urban rail project under the new form,and also provide reference for the talent training of urban rail specialty in higher vocational colleges.
