| A sharp increase in car ownership in China,which creates a lot of wealth space for the aftermarket.Facing the continuous expansion of the automotive aftermarket,the weak training ability and poor training effect of the enterprise itself are the new tasks and tasks faced by the staff training in the automotive aftermarket in China.How to effectively solve the training needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and ensure the quality of training has become an urgent problem.Based on the in-depth study of the characteristics of professional personnel training in vocational colleges,combined with the current development trend of vocational education,drawing on the experience of cross enterprise training center construction in Germany,this study established the principle of collaborative construction of enterprise and government,established the cross enterprise training center guided by industrial development,aimed at serving regional economy and in line with China’s unique national conditions,and proposed that the cross enterprise training Heart building program to effectively solve the training needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.In the development of the center’s training projects,the project management is adopted as the core,and the training project management model is constructed.The contents are elaborated from the project start,planning,implementation,monitoring and evaluation.The methods of four-level evaluation are used to ensure the training quality of the cross enterprise training center project,do a solid job in the cross enterprise training center project training,and improve the professional level of technical personnel.Finally,taking the cross enterprise training center of W College as a case study,the problem of employee training in automobile enterprises in the regional post market has been alleviated during the construction period.W college cross enterprise training center uses project management methods,through strict process management,to establish an effective evaluation and feedback system,which not only ensures the quality of the center’s training,but also provides reference for other cross enterprise training centers. |
