The rapid development of the domestic automobile market and the increasing demands of customers have made it one of the most important research topics in the design and development of car seats to improve design efficiency,reduce development costs and reduce environmental burdens.Green modular design is to a certain range of different functions of different or the same performance,different specifications of the products on the basis of function analysis,and design a series of functional modules,through the selection and combination module replacement,upgrades,to update the product or constitute a different new products,in order to reuse,upgrade products,maintenance and disassembly,recycling and disposal of disposed products.The green modular design is one of the effective ways to realize the green design of the car seat.It is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently to develop an effective and efficient green modular design method that can be widely applied.However,most of the existing green modular design methods are relatively complex,and there are few studies on the modular design of car seats.Therefore,this topic research the green modular design method of car seats,specific work is as follows:(1)This topic in Smith's green modular design method based on the theory of the atom,make improvements on the basis of design for reuse,remanufacturing,material recycling and multiple green constraint matrix and calculation rules,and put forward based on the module module combined methods of merging criteria,the existing engineering knowledge in the process of the organic merge into the module.(2)Taking the scrapped pasha B5 car seat as the research object,the car seat was disassembled.By surveying and mapping various parts,Rhino software was used to build a three-dimensional model of the seat.(3)The seat function diagram is constructed by FAST function system method.The seat is decomposed layer by layer according to the function,and the green modular design of each module is carried out respectively to form the alternative of green modular design of the seat.(4)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to evaluate the seat design schemes before and after the improvement,and the optimal scheme was determined.The increase of multiple green constraints makes the product more in line with the requirements of green design.The application of the module combination criterion makes the module combination reasonable to follow and the module combination can reach thepredetermined design goal,and improves the operability of the method.Taking the car seat as the research object,the improved green modular design method is used to redesign the seat.The improved car seat is more in line with the requirements of green design and is convenient for reuse,remanufacturing and material recycling.
