From The Perspective Of Design Cause Study On The Type Of Small And Medium-sized Residence In City

With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s living conditions and environment have been greatly improved.The original housing type is far from meeting the needs of different families in the new era.According to statistics,one third of the time people spend at home,no doubt,under the permission of conditions,people have higher and higher requirements for home environment,and the size and layout of the house is undoubtedly more important.Since the second half of the 20 th century,the housing industry has been in an intensive period after continuous development and innovation.However,the high housing price and the lack of land resources are the two major problems faced by the housing industry during the transformation period.The main way to solve these problems is to actively develop small and medium-sized residential buildings.In view of this,the subject chooses urban small and medium-sized housing as the main research object,trying to solve the existing problems from the function,form,layout and other aspects.At the same time,from the perspective of the theory of design cause,this paper discusses the development and innovative design of residential unit,generalizes the ways and principles of housing type design,and supplies theoretical basisand practical guidance for the future housing type design.By using the research methods of design cause methodology,comparative method and cultural anthropology,this paper analyzes the relevant theories and design practices of domestic and foreign residential unit design,and discusses how to build houses suitable for different groups of people under the changeable social background,reflecting the humanistic spirit.Through the interpretation of the residential space,this paper deeply explains its functions and forms,its current situation and types,combined with the existing problems in the design of small and medium-sized residential units,and makes a more in-depth discussion from the aspects of popularity,birth,time and harmony,and summarizes the relevant design points and requirements.First of all,in terms of "human relationship" of design,from the perspective of human relationship,design should be "different from each other" and adhere to the principle of people-oriented;second,in terms of "natural relationship" of design,design should be "adapted to local conditions" and adhere to the harmonious development of people and environment;third,in terms of "time relationship" of design,design should be "guided by time",inherit and innovate local culture,and continue regional culture Finally,we should advocate the concept of sustainable development,save resources as much as possible,protect ecology,and create a livable interior space with green happiness and healthy development.In addition,this topic takes the small and medium-sized residential units as the design practice object,under the guidance of the method of design cause theory,the theory links practice,carries on the innovation of function,form,layout and so on,provides the model and the reference for the similar small and medium-sized residential unit design.
