Steel structure building has high strength,light weight,good toughness and plasticity,high reliability,high degree of mechanization in manufacturing and installation,less environmental pollution,energy saving and land saving,and recycling.It is known as the "green building in the 21 st century ".Nowadays,with my country’s increasing steel output and gradually mature design and installation technology,steel structure has been widely used in various fields of modern architecture.Although my country has created an extremely favorable development environment for the application of steel structure systems,the industries related to it still need to be continuously improved.The selection of the enclosure structure is a key technology for the promotion and application of steel frame structures.However,at present,the enclosure structures that work with them have not been professionalized,mass-produced,and industrialized.The mechanical properties of the walled steel frame structure are not well understood.Through a large number of experimental studies,it was found that the wall panel has an improved effect on the rigidity and bearing capacity of the steel frame.This article will further study the effect of ALC wall panel on the overall mechanical properties of the steel frame structure.First,the effect of a single ALC wall panel on the mechanical properties of the steel frame structure is studied.Two tests with different loading systems were selected,and the ABAQUS finite element analysis was performed on the single-frame ALC wall panel steel frame specimen,and the result curve obtained by numerical analysis was compared with the test result.It can be seen whether it is under monotonic load or low cycle the fine finite element analysis can simulate the test process well under the reciprocating load,and most of the numerical analysis results are in good agreement with the test results.Fine finite element analysis can be used to study and master the effect of ALC wall panels on the mechanical properties of the steel frame,such as bearing capacity,stiffness,and energy consumption,and evaluate its seismic performance.In order to study the effect of ALC wallboard on the overall steel frame structure,asimplified mechanical model of the wallboard when ALC wallboard and steel frame work together is selected,which is the equivalent diagonal brace model,and the result curve obtained by macroscopic finite element analysis compared with the results of the fine finite element analysis,the feasibility of the equivalent diagonal brace model as a simplified calculation model of the ALC wall panel in practical application is verified,so that in the subsequent finite element analysis process,the macroscopic finite meta model to simplify calculations.Finally,the equivalent diagonal brace model is applied to the actual project to establish a standard pure steel frame finite element model of a 5-story steel frame apartment building,a standard finite element model of the steel frame with ALC wall panel and an ALC wall panel without steel support steel frame macroscopic finite element model,numerical analysis of these three models,by comparing the monotonous load-displacement curve obtained by anti-side analysis,mode shape obtained by modal analysis,period,vertex displacement obtained by time history analysis,interlayer the parameters of displacement,inter-layer displacement angle,and base shear force are derived to consider that the ALC wall panel participates in the overall lateral resistance and seismic resistance of the steel frame structure,which increases the structural rigidity and bearing capacity,and improves the structural lateral resistance and seismic performance.After the simplified calculation unit of the wall plate equivalent diagonal brace is used to replace the structural steel support,the structural rigidity and bearing capacity can still be further increased.
