Evaluation And Optimization Of Public Service Quality Based On Community Life Circle

Since the reform and opening up,while China has experienced rapid urbanization,urban problems and social contradictions have also been on the rise.In this context,urban planning pays more and more attention to the improvement of the comprehensive environment of human settlements,and advocates that people-oriented community life circles gradually become a new way of community planning and construction,and public service facilities as the core content of community planning directly determine community life The quality of life in the circle.First,the article combs the relevant research on domestic and international life circles and public services,and through the comparative analysis of traditional community planning and emerging community life circle planning,it clarifies the necessity of studying the level of public service facilities from the perspective of community life circles.Secondly,from the aspects of improvement at the institutional level,guidance at the social and cultural level,and evaluation at the planning level,an optimized path for the allocation of public service facilities in the community life circle is proposed.Among them,on the basis of summarizing the past quantitative evaluation methods of life circle,a quantitative evaluation research model of public service quality of community life circle based on full POI big data and computer mining technology was constructed.This model is based on POI points of interest data obtained from Baidu open platform and second-hand housing website platform,using GIS platform to build a database,combined with python programming technology,using PAC principal component analysis to achieve effective dimensionality reduction of data,and using K-means algorithm to The data after dimensionality reduction is clustered,and the public service quality of the global community life circle is classified and comprehensively evaluated from the three dimensions of community life circle,old and young life circle and shared community life circle system.Finally,empirical research was carried out on 368 community life circles in Gongshu District,Hangzhou,to explore the shortcomings and shortcomings of the public service facilities in its life circle,and put forward corresponding planning strategies.The method of this research can better help planners and decision makers to quickly establish a quantitative understanding of the status quo of the construction of the community life circle in the entire region,and explore a new idea and method for the evaluation of the quality of public service in the community life circle.
