Research On The Elevator System Design Of Core Tube Of Super High-rise Office Buildings

With the advancement of science and technology and the development of economy,super high-rise buildings have sprung up in major cities in China in recent years and office buildings account for the majority.Super high-rise office buildings and complexes,play an important role in expanding the capacity of cities and accelerating regional economic development.However,the continuous rise of building heights places higher requirements on architectural design.As the "heart" of super high-rise buildings,the core tube is the most complicated regarding its design.The elevator system is not only the largest part of the core tube,but also the core of passenger and goods transportation.Whether the elevator system design is reasonable not only affects the quality of the building itself,but also concerns its investors and residents.On one hand,the elevator system is costly and difficult to change after completion;on the other hand,an increasing number of problems including congestions while waiting are exposed.Based on the perspective of architecture,this article uses theories and examples to study and summarize the design points of the core elevator system of super high-rise office buildings.First of all,the framework of the article focuses on the core tube passenger elevator system and regards other uses of elevators as supplement.Besides,the study of passenger elevator system is further subdivided into two parts:technical configuration and space organization.Secondly,based on the quantitative analysis,the article explores the main technical configuration points such as the passenger elevator partition mode,parameter selection,and quantity configuration.Based on the qualitative analysis,it discusses the key points of the spatial organization of the passenger elevator's plane layout,transformation design,and shunt organization.Finally,the end of the article summarizes the design strategy of the core tube elevator system of super high-rise office buildings,and looks forward to its development trend.The research in this article is not only a supplement to previous related researches,but also hopes to lay the foundation for future design work and contribute to the development of super high-rise buildings.
